How ideal is the multi spindle Linea Spindle for frequent set-ups?

> Is the Linea Spindle suitable for all situations?
Linea Spindle is not the universal solution for all circumstances.
For example, if you have to produce just one piece in very large quantities, with limited retooling, it is likely that traditional multi spindle machines offer better performance.
However, Linea Spindle comes into its own when there are families of large pieces in medium to small production lots, where frequent set-ups are essential.
Linea Spindle is also a particularly interesting solution in case of very limited turning tolerances. However, it is not the best solution, for example, when the piece is produced in high quantities.
> How many tools can be mounted on Linea Spindle?
Linea Spindle can use 6 tools per spindle, thus 12 tools for two spindles, for op. 10 or op. 20 work, to which 3 optional motorized tools can be added on the y-axis for radial and inclined cavities, for each pair of spindles.
> If I need as many as 40 tools to machine a piece, can Linea Spindle do the work?
Linea Spindle is an innovative vertical, multi spindle machine, however, it is not the solution for everything. So, if you need 40 tools for a job, it is likely that Linea Spindle is not the right machine for that job.
> What diameters can I work with?
From 5 mm to 100 mm.
The same machine can work this range of diameters, without any modification, unlike other multi spindles where different diameters require you to use one machine rather than another.
